As a Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling (MPCC) with a PhD in Social Psychology from Simon Fraser University, I enjoy working with individuals to navigate life’s challenges and enhance their well-being. I can help you manage anxiety (including OCD), cope with stress, work through depression, and heal from trauma. My counselling approach is flexible, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
